This Is the Old Testament Women's Reading Guide
Everything we find in the Bible—every book, every author, every literary genre—points us to God. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments tell one unified story about God’s love and purpose for humanity as well as His plan to rescue us.
Over seven weeks, we’ll read thematic selections from every book of the Old Testament to see how they contribute to the greater narrative of Scripture, from the creation of the world to the establishment, captivity, and restoration of the nations of Israel and Judah. This study will provide you with a framework for reading the Old Testament and tools for better understanding its role in redemption history. This Is the New Testament, the second Reading Guide in this series, will continue tracing the redemption story through the New Testament.
