If you are interested in returning an item you purchased through the She Reads Truth Shop, items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All products must be return to our Fulfillment Team in pristine condition in order to be eligible for a refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you include either the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return package to ensure we serve you efficiently.
Keep in mind: All sales of discounted items, digital books, gift cards, bulk orders, and subscription products are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Additionally, if your order has arrived and you notice an error with the products that have been shipped to you, we ask that you contact our Community Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the order back to ensure we are able to talk through all possible recovery options.
